Our Ministry Guide has a New Look!
This year, your Time and Talent Renewal Form looks a bit different. For greater accuracy in our member and ministry records, we are using your personal record as it appears in our data base. The form is “user friendly” and easy to complete. Simply do the following:
1. Review the Family Information section. Is it correct? If not please mark any changes with a red pen.
2. Review the Member/Ministry Information section. Each adult family member (persons over 18) is listed. Are the persons listed still members of your household? If not, with a red pen, cross off their names. Note: Non-dependent family members in your household are invited to become parish members. Please call the Parish Office for more information.
3. Review the Member/Ministry Information section again. Each adult member’s current involvement in parish ministries is listed. To remain active in any or all of these ministries each adult is asked to check the boxes with a red pen before each listing. If a family member chooses not to check a listing, we will assume that he/she is leaving this ministry area. We are truly grateful for your past ministry service.
4. Each adult listed is asked to consider the Ministries I am interested in column. If, in the Ministry Guide, there is a ministry that you would like to becomeengaged in, write the number of the ministry in this space as it appears in the Guide, e.g. 00 Lector. Once the Time and Talent Renewal data entry has been completed, your name will be given to the appropriate pastoral staff ministry director.
5. Please return your form when you come to Mass on the weekend of May 10/11 or drop it off at the Parish Office.
Note: If a family member has indicated interest in a particular ministry area and, if by June 30, has not been contacted by a ministry director, the family member is asked to contact the Parish Administrative Assistant, 262-251-0220, and inform her that you has not yet been contacted. This will assist the parish in its follow-up.
